2025 Pinot Gris Ramato

Made in the style of a red wine, this Pinot Gris spent 24 days fermenting on its skins before being pressed and aged in tank for 5 months. Offering notes of petrichor, lychee, rose petal, and honey on the nose. The palate brings great length from the tannin extracted from the time spent on skins, with notes of melon, green tea, jasmine, and candied orange.
