A blend of two separate ferments, one going directly to press and the other fermenting on its skins for 24 days. The skin contact brings weight and viscosity to the palate with rich notes of apricot, pineapple, tangerine. While the aromatics offer notes of honeysuckle, ginger, orange blossom.
