2018 Sparkling Riesling by the glass

Festive Hill's signature wine! 
This was a happy mistake, the wine fermented in the bottle much more than we anticipated, so as a corked wine it is too unstable to sell by the bottle, (must remain below 70 degrees or the corks can blow). 
We keep it cold and serve it only onsite by the glass.  It's sweet, bubbly and delicious, with a variety of nutty undertones.
