Events

Host Your Private Event at Festive Hill
Reservations for 2025 and beyond are now available

Since we are classified as a "Small Winery," Festive Hill is limited to just 18 outside events per year.  Our main event ballroom can host up to 225 guests indoors. With the added balconies, events up to 325 guests can be hosted. 
"Celebrate in the Vines" is available as well - (requires Event Tent setup in the clear area within the vineyards). 

PRIVATE EVENT DAYS/HOURS & PRICING

Saturday Evenings - up to a 6 hour event  (up until 11 pm):
Celebrate in the Vines (Outdoors - requires Event Tent & Porta Potties) = $6,950 
(This option gives you access to the property grounds beginning as early as 7 am, and extended event hours from 5 to 11 pm)
Tasting Center is not available on Saturdays

Friday Evenings, 6 to 11 pm:
Tasting Center (Indoors) = $7,450
(Setup available beginning at 4 pm)
Celebrate in the Vines (Requires Event Tent & Porta Potties) = $5,450
(This option gives you access to the property grounds beginning as early as 7 am, and extended event hours from 5 to 11 pm)

Sunday Afternoons/Evenings, 4:30 to 9:00 pm: 
Tasting Center (Indoors) =  $6,450
(Setup available beginning at 2:30 pm)

WEDDING CEREMONIES
Additional $1500 (your choice of sunset balcony or vineyard ceremony.)

* PRIVATE EVENT RENTALS INCLUDE:
~ Tables & Chairs (Your choice of Stand-up Cocktail Tables, Round Tables, or Rectangle Banquet Tables - winery/farmhouse chair or white wedding chairs.) 
~ Basic Table Linens: (woven polyester in white, ivory or black.) Premium linens & colors are available to purchase from Linentablecloth.com at 25% off website prices. Please visit Linentablecloth.com to view additional linen options. 
~ China, Flatware & Glassware (options available to view at your first booking appointment.) 

* For a 200 guest event: the included tables/chairs, table linens and table settings are an added value (can save you), approximately $2,600.00

Outside Catering Allowed for APPROVED CATERERS only. 
Festive Hill Winery has catering packages available through local premium restaurants. Please ask for details. 

BAR PACKAGES 
Minimum wine service required: one bottle per 5 guests (at 20% regular prices). 

Hosted Wine/Beer: Festive Hill Wines purchased by the bottle or case by Host at 20% off List Prices - Hosted Bar packages limited to 2 hours maximum, after which wine/liquor service must transition to a cash bar. 

No-Host CASH Wine/Beer: Festive Hill Wines purchased by the bottle or glass at regular wine tasting prices
Domestic Beer by the bottle = $7 - $10
